Previously know as the Honda Accord Crosstour, the 2012 model year gets a shortened version of the name- the Honda Crosstour. Along with an abbreviated name, the 2012 Honda Crosstour also gets an optional 4-cylinder engine, which is less powerful than the V6, which is still available, but with that gains fuel efficiency.
The 2012 Honda Crosstour is available in 2 trim levels - the EX and EX-L. The EX comes standard with 17-in. alloy wheels, automatic headlights, sunroof, power-front seats (with 8-way driver & 4-way passenger), keyless entry, dual-zone climate control, Bluetooth & seven-speaker audio system (with 6-CD changer, AUX jack & iPod/USB interface). The EX-L trim adds on 18-inch wheels, leather upholstery, heated front seat, driver seat memory, upgraded audio system with satellite radio and more.
Under the hood of the 2012 Crosstour you have the option of two engines - a 2.4L four-cylinder engine that produces 192 hp and 162 lb-ft of torque. Or you can opt for the more powerful 3.5L V6 that delivers 271 horsepower and 254 pound-feet of torque. The only transmission offered is a five-speed automatic. Front wheel drive is standard, but all-wheel drive is optional for the EX-L V6.
