Imagine a world with nothing but boxy shapes. There would be no glorious mountain roads to carve up and no carefully sculpted pieces of art. Instead, it would be a pixilated world void of much excitement. In the new ad campaign, "Anything but Square," the 2016 Honda Civic coupe tackles just that world.
In what looks like a cross between the Minecraft video game and a terrible nightmare, the 2016 Civic coupe tears through this square world. It zips past stopped cars that cannot move because of their square wheels, a square dog that looks just plain creepy, and a square child carrying square balloons before finally coming to a rest so the folks living in this square universe can admire it. Clearly, Honda's focus when creating the new Civic was anything but square, which is evident both in its design and in the recently launched commercials.
If you're in the market for an un-boxy car, then come on down to Honda of Stevens Creek's San Jose showroom to check out our allotment of 2016 Civic coupes.
