The 2018 Honda Accord will make its global debut in Detroit and online via Youtube Livestream on July 14 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time, as the 10th generation sedan's assertive proportions and are revealed for the first time.

Earlier this month, Honda revealed that the Honda Accord will feature three available powertrains. The two new direct-injected and turbocharged engines will be mated to either a 6-speed manual transmission or a new 10-speed automatic transmission, depending on the engine; a next-generation version of Honda's two-motor hybrid powertrain technology will also be offered.

More than 13 million Honda Accord sedans have been sold in the United States since the vehicle's introduction in 1976.
